Ladies Beginning Golf Lessons

Ladies beginning group golf lessons will be held at Shoaff Park Golf Course this spring. Attend the first lesson absolutely FREE with no obligation to continue. If you are hooked after the initial lesson, you may sign up for the remaining three weekly lessons. Ten FREE PLAY dates have been scheduled at Shoaff Golf Course and at the Mad Anthony III’s short course in McMillen Park for lesson participants during the course of the lesson program, allowing you to experience the game and practice your new skills at no charge. You will also receive a free pass for a round of golf at any of our family-friendly park courses upon completion of the lesson program. (Note: See our Ladies Day promotion at left for more golf savings.) Please call the golf course at 427-6745 prior to the first lesson to sign up. Instructor Rick Hemsoth is a PGA professional and the Manager of Golf Operations for the Parks and Recreation Department.

Youth Golf Lessons/Practice 


Group golf lessons for boys and girls  ages 6-18 will be offered this summer at Shoaff Park Golf Course. Instruction is conducted from 8:00-9:00 a.m. followed by course play until 11:30. Instructor Rick Hemsoth is a US Kids Master PGA Professional and the Manager of Golf Operations for the Parks and Recreation Department.
