FOSTER GOLF COURSE
The pride of the Fort Wayne Parks Department is Foster Park Golf Course. This 18-hole layout, plays to a par 71. The surrounding park and woods provide an incredible back drop to a challenging course. The course is maintained in excellent condition and with hole locations close to one another the course is easy to walk.
The greens are guarded by an occasional bunker and the rough is player friendly, but don't be fooled. Foster Park's length will require you to use every club in the bag.

Post Your Score
Post your score on Indiana Golf Association's web page. Use your IGA-PGA number (formerly GHIN number) as your ID and your password as your last name. You will then be entered into the BlueGolf site and IGA-PGA handicap system. You then can click on your handicap to post a score.

Foster Golf Course Upgrade Plan
We have completed at Foster to date the following: over seeded all fairways with new Low Mow Blue Grass, over seeded all the Tees with Regenerating Low Mow Rye Grass, trimmed all trees, removed approx 75 trees to date (we are continuing to remove the dead Ash trees all Winter), built new sand bunkers on holes # 9 and 10, removed badly positioned bunkers on #3 and #10 and remolded the exterior of the cart barn.
Moving forward in 2012 we plan to: do the second year of over seeding the tees and fairways, build more bunkers, paint and spruce up the pro shop and continue to remove the dead Ash trees.

For more information about the course or to schedule your tee time please call (260) 427-6735. Normal golf course operation is daily from sun up to sundown. In case of inclement weather, hours are adjusted accordingly.
